OHROSE has been rebuilt from the studio up — new photography, measured sizing, one honest price. To mark the relaunch, the more you take home the less you pay. The discount is worked out on the number of items in your bag, not on which ones.
- No code needed. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Prices shown on product pages are the single-item price. Your saving appears in the cart and at checkout.
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Change-of-mind returns are refunded as store credit, which never expires and can be used on any future order.
- A one-time $2.95 restocking fee is deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days — email us and we will arrange it.
- Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Shipping charges and Shipping Protection are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of an approved return, plus 3–5 business days for your bank.
Please take care when trying your order on. To be accepted, items must be returned:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Free of marks, stains, perfume or other scents.
- In the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- With hygiene stickers intact where applicable.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on accessories, bodysuits, lingerie and intimates, swimwear, or anything marked Final Sale.
If an item arrives genuinely faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement — in most cases without sending anything back.
