Who we are

OhRose is an online womenswear label. We make occasion dresses and separates for the nights people remember — a wedding, a graduation, a first dinner in a new city — and we ship them worldwide from the United States.

We are small and we run lean. There is no head office floor and no layer of management between a decision and the person who has to live with it. Most of what we do reaches a customer within the week.

How we work

• Remote, written, asynchronous. The team is spread across time zones. Decisions get written down so nobody has to be awake to be included.
• Small scope, shipped. We would rather put one finished thing in front of a customer than four half-finished ones in a plan.
• You own the outcome. Whoever picks something up sees it through and says so plainly when it does not work.
• Taste is part of the job. Fashion is judged on how it looks and reads, not only on whether it functions. We care about the difference.

What we look for

Less about a CV than about how you work. The people who do well here tend to share four things: they finish what they start, they write clearly, they say when something is wrong before it ships, and they can hold a standard without being asked twice.

Experience in fashion, e-commerce or a customer-facing role helps. It is not a requirement, and we have no degree filter.

Open roles

We have no open roles right now. We would rather say that than list a vacancy that does not exist and leave your application unanswered.

Write to us anyway if you would be a fit. We keep the good ones on file and go back to them first when something opens — that is genuinely how the last few people joined.

You will get a reply either way. If we think there may be a fit, the next step is a short written exchange before any call, so you can see how we work before you spend an evening on it.

A note on recruitment scams

We only ever contact candidates from an @ohrosefashion.com address, and we never ask an applicant for money, bank details or identity documents.
