Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Your content, excluding payment information, may be transferred unencrypted and adapted to the technical requirements of networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

4. Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, limit sales by person or region, or discontinue any product without notice.
We make every effort to display product images and colours accurately but cannot guarantee display accuracy on all devices. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars) and are subject to change without notice. We accept major payment methods as shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
6. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. Priority Shipping is available at checkout for $9.95 per order. Priority Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, as costs are paid directly to our shipping partners at the time of fulfilment.
7. Shipping Protection
An optional Shipping Protection add-on is available at checkout for $2.95. A parcel confirmed lost in transit is replaced free of charge whether or not Shipping Protection was purchased; Shipping Protection allows us to reship immediately without first opening a carrier investigation. Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
8. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Priority Shipping orders are prioritised in processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
9. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge within 3 hours of placing it. After this window your order has entered processing and can no longer be cancelled. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and you may return the item upon delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
10. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update such information as needed.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. There are no restocking fees. On an approved return you may choose store credit at full value plus a 10% bonus, or a refund to your original payment method at full value with no deductions. Faulty or defective items are eligible for a free replacement. Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
12. Faulty Items
A fault is defined as a structural defect, broken hardware, visible tear or gap in fabric, or an incorrect item shipped. Minor loose threads or slight wire displacement are considered normal garment characteristics and do not constitute a defect.
13. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
We may provide access to third-party tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties or guarantees. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
Our Service may include content or links from third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or transactions.
14. User Comments and Submissions
You agree that we may use any comments, feedback, or submissions without restriction. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.

16. Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raekon Global LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
This does not affect your statutory rights or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or injury to life or health.
