- Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Shipping charges and Shipping Protection are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of an approved return, plus 3–5 business days for your bank.
Please take care when trying your order on. To be accepted, items must be returned:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused.
- Free of marks, stains, perfume or other scents.
- In the original packaging, with all tags attached.
- With hygiene stickers intact where applicable.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on accessories, bodysuits, lingerie and intimates, swimwear, or anything marked Final Sale.
If an item arrives genuinely faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement — in most cases without sending anything back.

Introducing the Beatrix Lace Maxi Dress, a floor-length gown built around a structured lace corset bodice.
The bodice is shaped with a ruched sweetheart bust and a slim halter tie at the neck, then drops into a long lace panel that points low across the hip. From there the skirt falls away in soft gathered chiffon. The back is open and closed with ribbon lacing. It suits weddings, formal evenings and proms.
