When Payment is Charged

Payment is collected in full at the time your order is placed. Your order will not be processed or fulfilled until payment has been successfully received.

Currency

All prices on our store are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee. We are not responsible for any additional charges applied by your financial institution.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check that your card details are entered correctly and that your billing address matches the one registered with your bank. Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@ohrosefashion.com.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed on our end, plus an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
